About Christopher through Alicia’s eyes:

Christopher, oh Christopher…. where do I begin?  Chris makes me laugh til I cry every single day.  The doubled-over, tears streaming down my face laughter.  I love how sometimes his humor is so intelligent that some people just look at him puzzled.  I think he gets a kick out of that.  And I do too… 10 minutes later.  He is highly creative and I sometimes take advantage of his strong design abilities.  “I need a gift certificate made!  Can you fix this promo piece? Make a fun invitation for the party!  Can you draw up a contract for me?”  And he continues to surprise me with every new website design or the tiniest photo edit.  He can take something simple and make it beautiful in a matter of minutes.  A true artist.  Some nights he will play guitar for hours.  I have to smile when I hear him learning a bluegrass song that was played at my family reunion or just one of the songs I’ve been playing on iTunes lately.

While he may seem like a right-brained individual, he loves the intricacies of how things work.  For example, this year he wanted computer parts for Christmas so he could build his own computer.  I kept saying “that doesnt sound fun, what do you really want?”  But the week after Christmas he spent hours putting together parts and explaining to me how things work.  I could listen to him talk all night because he makes even putting together a computer sound interesting.  He loves learning and is brilliant on so many levels…  Whether its staying up all night reading about politics or biographies on past presidents or helping me learn the phonetic alphabet for aviation. “T is tango not pterodactyl, Alicia.”

He loves kids (big bonus since I plan on having 4 kids with him…but shh dont tell him that one yet) and we have so much fun volunteering for the Make-A-Wish Foundation together.  He is a great dancer, a romantic and the type of guy that stands in front of me and my friends in a mosh pit.  He may seem quiet at first but it’s because he is an observer… that or I am still talking.
